Posture, Breath & Awareness

Yoga is a light which once lit will never dim, the better your practice the brighter your flame.

— B.K.S. Iyengar

Sara's Approach

Sara invites you to share her practice of mindful hatha or yin Yoga. This approach is a fusion between the Satyananda tradition, mindfulness and psychosomatic body work. You will be given you some essentials keys and tools that you can apply both in your personal practice and in your everyday life.

Method and process:

We work with breathing exercises, postures, movements and presence and gently become more mindful of what is occurring within. In this way we restore the connection between mind, body and spirit. When practiced regularly this has the potential to bring us to feel free, at ease with ourselves and the world as it is. On top of spending a joyful moment together, we take care of our body and practice self-love and compassion, an essential element to feeling well and balanced.

Yoga for social inclusion:

Sara has also been collaborating with NOUR a charity which brings Yoga to people in difficult social, economic, physical and psychological situations. This practice of inclusive Yoga is adapted to the group so that everybody can participate and feel the benefits which are: more well-being, feeling less isolated, regaining the will to take care of oneself, learning to connect beyond difficulties, and even sometimes having fun.
