“The entire existence is sound, known as Nada Brahma. If you consecrate and energize sound, it becomes Nada Yoga.”
- Sadhguru
Didier’s extensive experience in meditation, Indian raga singing and devotional singing, over a few decades, brought him to the practice of Nada Yoga. It developed into an ability to hear the singer’s sound in an open and pure way, revealing to him their pathway and the obstacles to their pure devotional sound.
Didier provides a singing environment of sound and play that liberates the voice and empowers your ability to be with your sound without any judgment, only awareness. “We simply need to come back to our pure inner listening and to our undistracted presence to be able to awaken the pure pitch of resonance.” As people say: “It is such a Joy to sing and feel free, open, with love and tenderness in my heart.”
At this point we enter the second aspect of practice.
The Healing voice of Devotion
Mantras & improvisation
In this part we learn to sing specific Sanskrit mantras and syllables, especially from the Tibetan Tantric Vajrayana path. Here we learn a mantra for healing, purification, removing obstacles, nurturing the heart and awakening our devotion for our Divine nature. These mantras can be used as a daily practice for oneself or to help another going through difficulties and suffering.
The pure sound resonance of your pitch activates a harmonic tone in any mantra you sing. Your singing is then a profound healing experience for you and others.
The method
