Sacred Clown – Initiation Workshop
Loving fearlessly & tenderly wild
Embrace it all and find your wings
Step into the playful and transformative space of the Sacred Clown. This practice is rooted in presence and inner listening, and creative movement is guided by feeling. Through spontaneous expression, innocence, imagination and humour, a fresh perception of ourselves and life arises naturally.
This unique art form blends mindfulness with mime, clowning, dance and singing. It has therapeutic depth as well as artistic impact, inviting participants to discover their authentic voice, find confidence in their presence and meet others with openness, spontaneity and care.
Artists, performers and anyone curious about self-expression and creative imagination will find in this workshop an opportunity to develop improvisation skills, cultivate poetic play and connect with an essential, deeply human creativity.
Open to all, with or without experience.
Dates: Saturday 5 & Sunday 6 December 2026
Times: Saturday 9:30am – 6:00pm | Sunday 9:30am – 7:00pm
