Workshop: ESSENCE and EXPRESSION
WITH DIDIER DANTHOIS AND SARA RAJZMAN
Step into the playful and transformative space of the Sacred Clown. This practice is rooted in presence and inner listening, where movement is guided by feeling rather than preconception. Through spontaneous expression, innocence, imagination, and humour arise naturally to reveal a fresh perception of reality.
This unique art form blends mindfulness with mime, clowning, dance, and singing. It has therapeutic depth as well as artistic impact, inviting participants to discover their authentic voice, find confidence in their presence, and meet others with openness, spontaneity, and care.
Artists, performers, and anyone curious about self-expression will find in this workshop an opportunity to develop improvisation skills, cultivate poetic play, and connect with an essential, deeply human creativity.
